A conversation with David Glenn, Jason Lewis, and Muhammad Nadhiri.

David Glenn

Executive Director J.P. Morgan Chase

David Glenn is a commercial real estate lending and securitization veteran with over two decades of industry experience. Mr. Glenn holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Columbia College (‘01) and a Master's in Business degree with a concentration in Management from Columbia Business School (‘07). Mr. Glenn’s current role is as an Executive Director for J.P. Morgan Chase in their Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries (CCBSI) group, evaluating and structuring secured and unsecured commercial real estate financing transactions for public and private investment vehicles. Mr. Glenn’s previous roles were at other financial institutions including MetLife, Benefit Street Partners, CIBC, and Merrill Lynch. Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Glenn lives in New Jersey with his wife and two children. He is an active mentor for The Fellowship Initiative (TFI), a leadership program that provides young men of color with opportunities to build the skills needed for success in college and beyond.

Jason Lewis

Managing Director Pretium

Jason Lewis is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager on the Real Estate Team. He focuses on optimizing investment performance and capital raising, as well as overseeing asset management, transactions and overall strategy execution for Pretium’s single-family rental commingled fund vehicles. Mr. Lewis brings over 16 years of experience in managing large, diversified real estate portfolios across product types and investment strategies. His experience spans portfolio construction, asset management, capital markets, performance measurement, and he has overseen more than $8 billion in investment transactions. He joined Pretium in 2023 from UBS Realty Investors, where he served as an Executive Director and Portfolio Manager. Before UBS, he was the Head of Asset and Portfolio Management at CA Residential. Mr. Lewis began his real estate career at Capri Capital Partners, LLC., most recently as a Partner, Head of Asset Management and lead portfolio manager for some of the firm’s largest separate accounts and commingled fund vehicles. Mr. Lewis graduated from Morehouse College with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and also received his MBA with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance from Columbia Business School. He is a member of the Real Estate Executive Council (REEC), ULI's Urban Development Mixed-Use Product Council, an AFIRE Rising Leader, and a member of the Bisnow Diversity Board.

Muhammad Nadhiri

Founding Managing Partner Lightpoint Group

Muhammad is the Founding Managing Partner of LightPoint Group; he brings deep experience developing residential/retail/commercial mixed-use projects in the San Francisco Bay Area and select urban markets nationally. Muhammad is also a Co-Founding Partner at Axis Development Group, where he leads the development of the firm’s residential/retail mixed-use projects in the San Francisco and Los Angeles markets. Prior to forming Axis, Muhammad was a Co-Founding Partner at UrbanCore Development and the Founding Partner at M.A.N. Associates. Previously, Muhammad was a Senior Project Manager at AF Evans Development in Oakland, where he was responsible for the development of two downtown revitalization residential/retail mixed-use projects. Muhammad began his real estate career as an Associate at Wilson Meany in San Francisco, where he co-managed the development of rental and for-sale residential/retail mixed-use projects in San Francisco and the Bay Area. Prior to beginning his career in real estate development, Muhammad was an investment banker; he was an Analyst at Nationsbanc Securities and an Associate at RBC Dominion Securities, in New York City. Muhammad holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Corporate Finance from Morehouse College and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
