Global Head of Partner Solutions at Spotify
Danielle Lee is the Global Vice President, Partner Solutions at Spotify and an accomplished strategic marketing professional with over 15 years experience in brand building, media innovation and technology for some of the world’s most respected brands.
As part of the executive team at Spotify, Danielle leads several lines of business including product marketing, business marketing, strategic marketing and creative solutions for advertisers and brand partners. In her role, she is responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy and growing global revenue by developing high impact content and digital ad experiences.
Prior to Spotify, Danielle spent two years at Vevo and served as the Global Vice President, Commercial Marketing. Her team was responsible for building compelling sales narratives and developing the positioning and go-to-market strategy for all Vevo programs, core video products and tentpoles. Danielle also spent seven years at AT&T and served as the Vice President of Product Marketing and Innovation at AT&T AdWorks. She was responsible for developing new online, mobile and TV advertising solutions, defining the go-to-market strategy and growing the multi-screen ad business. Danielle also spent three years at Showtime Networks where she directed new products marketing and advertising for the premium cable network, and was instrumental in building awareness and tune-in to Showtime’s award-winning original series like Weeds, Dexter, Fat Actress and The L Word.
Danielle was named one of Adweek’s Top 50 most indispensable executives in Marketing, Media and Technology in 2016, 2017 and 2018 and she is a three-time honoree of the Most Powerful Women in Mobile Advertising by Business Insider. Danielle also serves on the IAB Digital Video Center of Excellence board, acts as a executive mentor as part of Cannes Lions’ See It Be It initiative and is an Executive Member of She Runs It.
Danielle holds an MBA in Marketing and Media Management from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Columbia University. She currently resides in Montclair, New Jersey with her husband and their two children.

Kibi Anderson is an LA based thought leader and accomplished strategy and business development executive with more than 14 years of experience in media, entertainment and entrepreneurship. Kibi is recognized for her ability to mix comprehensive industry knowledge, entrepreneurial acumen, and strong networking and communications skills to help deploy impactful initiatives that drive growth.
As President of Red Table Talk Inc., Kibi works directly alongside actress and producer Jada Pinkett Smith, and is at the helm of driving growth, strategic partnerships, and assessing new business opportunities for the global brand. Prior to joining Red Table Talk, Kibi was the Head of Digital Strategy and Business Development at Bloomberg Media where she oversaw new partnerships and strategic relationships, and assessed new business opportunities focused on growing the global business. Kibi is also cofounder of Blazon Brush, a “For the Culture" grooming company aiming to create remarkable and empowering products inspired by urban culture.
She also served as the Senior Manager of Strategy and Operations for ABC News where she oversaw the development and implementation of business operations, strategies, and practices to help improve overall productivity and financial growth within the group.

Live Nation Urban Vice President of Business Development & Operations Brandon Pankey channels a lifelong love for music into a multifaceted career. Not only does he remain a respected music industry executive, but he also holds the titles of Adjunct Professor at Drexel University, Co-Founder of the TOURSTAR app, artist manager for Brianna Cash, and Executive Director for the nonprofit DASH.
He proves integral to the planning, positioning, and execution of marquee annual events and initiatives, ensuring the ultimate audience experience along the way. These include The Roots Picnic, Roots Jam Session, Broccoli City, A Night of Symphonic Hip Hop, RapCaviar Live, Summer Block Party, and Kirk Franklin’s Exodus Music & Arts Festival.
Beyond Live Nation Urban, he maintains a connection to academia as an adjunct professor at Drexel University in addition to hosting discussions and seminars at schools nationwide such as Berklee College of Music. Giving back whenever possible, he continues to actively participate in the after-school program DASH (Destined to Achieve Successful Heights). Additionally, Philadelphia’s official marketing and tourism company Visit Philly named him a Creative Ambassador, and he’s been featured by Black Enterprise.
Pankey also co-founded and developed the app TOURSTAR, launching its second phase in 2020. As he sets his sights on the venture capital and film and television worlds next, he stands out as a devoted father to his son and consummate family man who stills calls Philadelphia home—and always will.
VP Digital, Janet Jackson & Owner, IMG Agency
Anastasia Wright is a Brooklyn native and music executive with 13 years in the game. She got my start in the music industry at 19 interning at Def Jam and her first job out of college was a field marketing rep. at Cornerstone. Since then, she has navigated through 12 major labels, some now defunct, with most of her experience being in music publicity or marketing.
She’s worked at Def Jam, Island, Jive, Motown, J Records, Arista, Verity Gospel (now RCA Inspiration), Republic, Epic, RCA, Interscope and Columbia Records. In June 2014, she decided to depart RCA Records and dedicate her time fully to her company IMG Agency, which she started in 2008 as a senior at Baruch College with her ex-partner Karsten Venna.
IMG Agency is a woman-owned music agency and home to indie label IMG Records, which I founded in 2017. On the agency side she represents Janet Jackson, Rick Ross, Airbnb, and work with a handful of emerging artists & brands. On the label end, Anastasia manages and distributes alt-r&b artist Tangina Stone. She is a proud member of the Recording Academy, former board member of Women in Music, and founder of non-profit Minds Behind the Music Inc.
Chad Foster ‘20 (Moderator)
Former Host, Are & Be | The Podcast at Spotify
Chad A. Foster is a New York City resident from the South Side of Chicago. He is currently a first year MBA candidate at Columbia Business school with a focus in Media & Technology. Before starting business school, Chad managed content partnerships at Spotify, where he was responsible for building and maintaining relationships with premium podcast partners, as well as developing new, original podcast ideas. In addition to his day-to-day duties, Chad created and hosted the Spotify Original Podcast, “Are & Be | The Podcast.” He’s interviewed artists such as Brandy, Miguel, Toni Braxton, H.E.R., Smokey Robinson, and more. Prior to Spotify, Chad was a Marketing Analyst at American Express OPEN and a Music Analyst at Nielsen Entertainment.
At Columbia Business School, Chad is an active member of the Black Business Students Association and the Media Management Association. He is also a member of the Jackie Robinson Foundation Alumni Association.
A magna cum laude graduate of Morehouse College, Chad is a travel junkie, lover of entertainment, and a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated.
