Jesse serves in the dual roles of firmwide head of Learning and Talent Solutions for JPMorgan Chase and the Chief Learning Officer for Consumer & Community Banking. His responsibilities include the management, direction and strategy of firmwide learning functions. This globally distributed and high impact learning organization supports more than 240,000 bank employees worldwide in addition to developing learning content for strategic vendors.
Jesse holds a Masters Degree from New York University, a Bachelors Degree from the University of Maryland and completed University of Denver’s Emerging Leaders Program. He also completed JPMorgan Chase’s Advance Credit Training and JPMorgan Leading through Execution CAO leadership training. Jesse holds Six Sigma Quality Improvement Black Belt certification, a Total Quality Management (TQM) Team Leader certification and is currently enrolled in New York University Steinhardt School Doctorate of Education Program with a focus on Innovation and Leadership.
Jesse currently serves as the North American Co-Chair to BOLD (Black Organization for Leadership Development) Business Resource Group, is a member of the Consumer & Community Banking Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Committee, is a strategic advisor to HERE to HERE a not-for-profit that is focused on creating career pathways for disadvantaged youths and is a guest lecturer at Cornell University’s Industrial and Labor Relations graduate program. Jesse resides in Long Island, New York with his wife Yasmin and son Jonathan.

Consultant at Bain & Company
Niara Phillips is currently a Consultant at Bain & Company. Since joining Bain, Niara has worked primarily on organizational transformations in a variety of industries including financial services, information technology, utilities, and agribusiness.
Niara holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, where she was a Columbia Fellow and Laidlaw Scholar. During her time at CBS, Niara served as Co-President of the Black Business Student Association.
Prior to CBS, Niara served as a Presidential Appointee in the Barack Obama administration, where she was a business liaison aide to the Secretary of the Department of Commerce as well as a Staff Assistant in the White House. Prior to that, she worked as a Consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton in McLean, Virginia.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Politics from Georgetown University.

Hilary Albright is a talent acquisition consultant at Capital Group, home of American Funds. She has five years of industry experience, all with Capital Group. Earlier in her career at Capital, Hilary worked as a global investment control analyst. She holds a bachelor's degree in international relations from the University of Southern California. Hilary is based in Los Angeles.
University Recruiter at Uber
Matt Garcia is a passionate university recruiter who was born and raised here in the Bay Area. He has recruited at top companies such as Tivo, Facebook, and now at Uber for the past three and a half years. At Uber, he recruited software engineers for three years and was recently asked to build Uber’s first MBA hiring program through the University Recruiting team. Matt holds a B.S. in Management Science from the University of California at San Diego.
Campus Talent Acquisition Partner at IBM
Haley Hervert is a University Recruiter at IBM. Haley graduated from Cornell University in May 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations and minors in Inequality Studies, International Relations, and Business. Haley joined IBM through the Human Resources Internship Program as a Watson Solutions Portfolio intern, and has now been working full-time in her University Recruiter role for nine months.
