Elevate 2025 marked the 43rd Annual Columbia Business School Black Business Student Association Conference.

Building on decades of excellence and community, this year’s conference centered on the power of intentional leadership, ownership, and purpose driven action. Amplifying Purpose, Igniting Opportunity was a call to step fully into our impact, to move beyond aspiration and into activation.

Over two days at Columbia Business School’s Manhattanville campus, students, alumni, and industry leaders gathered for powerful keynote conversations, dynamic panels, and meaningful connection. Elevate 2025 reminded us that when purpose is amplified, opportunity follows.
