Julien Ham-Ying, Co-Founder @ Mosaic ETA

Julien Ham-Ying is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Mosaic ETA, where he invests in and supports underrepresented entrepreneurs pursuing Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA). He partners with searchers throughout their search, acquisition, and operating journeys. 

Prior to co-founding Mosaic, Julien was a healthcare private equity investor at TPG Capital, after previously working in J.P. Morgan's Healthcare Investment Banking group. 

A two-time alum of both Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) and Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT), Julien currently serves as Co-chair of SEO's National Leadership Council. Julien received a BA from Yale College and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was named an Arjay Miller Scholar.

Ben Tagoe, CEO & Owner @ Objective Management Group & Founder @ Fairfield Enterprises

Ben Tagoe is the CEO of Objective Management Group (“OMG”), the industry leader in sales talent assessments. CROs and sales leaders love working with OMG because its sales talent assessments help them avoid costly bad hires. Objective Management Group brings science to the art of sales talent. In 2022, Ben raised private equity capital to acquire Objective Management Group from its founder, Dave Kurlan, a best-selling author and sales development industry pioneer. 

Prior to acquiring OMG, Ben led strategy and partnerships for the largest provider of free credit scores in the US. He was also a senior executive on the corporate strategy team at JPMorgan Chase responsible for financial technology (“fintech”) strategy, and a senior product manager at OnDeck Capital, a pioneering online lender. Ben started his career on the government bond sales & trading desk at Goldman Sachs.

Ben sits on the Board of Let's Get Ready, an organization that provides underrepresented students with the training needed for college enrollment and graduation.

Ben holds an MBA with High Distinction (Baker Scholar) from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's Degree from Princeton University.

Mitchell Harris, CEO & Owner @ Vertex Communication Group, Inc & Founder @ Claymont Capital Partners

Passionate about digital technology, Mitch owns and operates Vertex Communication Group. For over 20 years, Vertex has been a trusted partner in digital marketing operations that specializes in managing, producing, and optimizing scaled email programs for associations, publishers, and organizations across industries.

Mitch also founded private investment firm Claymont Capital Partners to acquire and operate B2B service businesses, leveraging his vast B2B experience across a range of industries and functions, including technology, digital marketing, and business development. Born and raised in the Detroit area, Mitch’s family instilled foundational values of perseverance, accountability, grit, and a human-centered approach. Throughout his journey Mitch has carried these values with him, enabling him to lead with purpose and clarity.

Previously, Mitch was on the executive management team as CMO of SupplyHouse.com, the leading online ecommerce distributor of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical supplies in the US. In his role, Mitch was responsible for revenue growth, customer acquisition/retention, website and app product development, and strategic initiatives. Mitch also was SVP of Growth at Luminary Media, and led advertising sales teams at Meta where he developed performance marketing solutions and implemented emerging platform technologies such as AI-driven product catalog sales and conversion optimization.

With over 20 years’ experience in general management, sales, and marketing across various industries, Mitch is a team-oriented and growth-driven leader. Prior to Meta, Mitch served as Director of Marketing Strategy for Viacom Media Networks, and led business development accounts for Procter & Gamble where he partnered with retailers including Wal-Mart and Rite-Aid. Mitch currently lives in Brooklyn with his wife and two young children, and studies French in his spare time to increase his language fluency. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan, and earned his MBA from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
