At Estée Lauder Companies (ELC), she elevated the Global Finance and Strategy organization into a nimble, intuitive, and analytical business partner during a period of rapid global growth and diversification. At Ralph Lauren, she strengthened talent, reporting capabilities, and internal financial analysis to support the company’s public status. Tracey began her career in Finance, Strategy, General Management, and Engineering roles for PepsiCo and General Motors (GM).
